Throughout his executive career, Mr. Beck held leadership positions at various companies. In 1991, he founded Cumberland America Development Company and served as its president and CEO to maximize his long-standing relationships with landowners, developers, contractors, and capital resource businesses. He grew the company from a local developer to a national one and helped several Fortune 500 companies expand their stores throughout the US. In addition, he gained national recognition for his development of upscale multifamily and associated mixed-use projects across the county.

In 2001 he founded North America Partners Development, Ltd to further expand acquisitions and development more efficiently leading to more than a combined $2 Billion worth of properties across the country.
